What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in electrical MEP design engineering
- Deep, hands-on experience with Revit
- Strong sense of ownership with an entrepreneurial, self-starting mindset
- Systems-oriented, first-principles thinker who thrives in ambiguous environments
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as needed
- Nice-to-have: prior experience within the AEC technology industry
What you'll do
- Build and scale a national enterprise sales pipeline across the United States
- Conduct product demos and educate the market on why Endra exists and the value of its platform
- Identify internal champions within each account and proactively enable their success
- Map and engage key stakeholders and decision-makers across customer organizations
- Own pipeline generation for yourself and your team - this role requires full accountability for building demand
- Establish and grow relationships with the largest MEP design engineering firms in the U.S.
