For our VP of Marketing, we’re looking for a standout leader to take our marketing efforts from zero to scale and materially move the needle for Endra.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience from startup environment at Seed/Series A/B/C stages in marketing teams
  • Experience from enterprise sales cycles where you've processed deals from start to finish
  • Deep ownership & entrepreneurial mindset
  • Systems & first-principle-thinker mindset
  • Data driven mindset
  • Someone open to both national and international travel
  • Nice-to-have: experience from the AEC industry

What you'll do
  • Own and execute Endra’s end-to-end marketing strategy, defining goals, positioning, and priorities across brand, demand generation, product marketing, and communications.
  • Translate company objectives into measurable marketing plans, with clear KPIs, dashboards, and regular reporting on pipeline impact, CAC, and ROI.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing marketing team, setting clear expectations, hiring top talent, and fostering a culture of accountability and experimentation.
  • Scale Endra’s brand and market presence, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels including website, content, PR, events, partnerships, and sales enablement.
  • Partner closely with product, sales, and leadership, aligning go-to-market strategy, launches, and narratives with Endra’s product roadmap and customer needs.
  • Drive demand generation and growth initiatives, owning campaign strategy, channel mix, budget allocation, and continuous optimization based on performance data.
  • Establish Endra as a category-defining voice, shaping thought leadership, customer stories, and industry engagement to build credibility and trust.
  • Continuously test, learn, and improve, applying data-driven insights to refine messaging, channels, and tactics as Endra scales.
