Endra raises €3M pre-seed to bring generative AI to MEP design

STOCKHOLM, May 28, 2025 – Endra, the AI platform for mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) design, has raised €3 million in a pre-seed round led by Norrsken VC. The funding will accelerate product development and grow the team.

MEP design remains one of the least digitized parts of construction, and firms still rely on manual processes and legacy software. Endra’s generative, end-to-end platform changes that. Engineers upload building models or tender documents, and Endra produces a full set of deliverables: system layouts, device placement, routing and code-compliance documentation. The platform cuts work that usually takes months down to hours and boosts productivity more than 70x.

Engineers stay in control throughout. Endra handles the repetitive work, and engineers review and validate every final design.

“In MEP design, a huge amount of time still goes to repetitive, low-value tasks,” said Anton Juric, COO and co-founder of Endra. “Design-and-build firms want to use AI to stay competitive, but their options are very limited. We let engineers focus on what really matters while our platform handles the rest. We’re measuring productivity gains in multiples, not percentages.”

Endra plans to expand into the U.S., U.K. and Germany over the next two years.

Angel investors Maximilian Viessmann, Johan Edenström, Simon de Château, Oscar Höglund, Tom Höglund and Edward Höglund, along with Oljibe Invest, also joined the round.
